Vireo Growth

Vireo Growth Inc. is a vertically integrated cannabis company with its corporate office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is incorporated in British Columbia and its subordinate voting shares trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange as VREO and on the OTCQX as VREOF. The company grew out of Vireo Health and operates its retail under the Green Goods and Vireo Health names, alongside a portfolio of consumer brands that includes Vireo Spectrum, Boundary Waters, HiColor, Kings & Queens, 1937 and Dr. Westwater.

Vireo reports 170 dispensaries across California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, New York and Utah. In 2026 it closed the purchases of Eaze, the Schwazze retail and manufacturing assets in Colorado and New Mexico, PharmaCann's 17 Colorado dispensaries and C21 Investments. Pending agreements cover Planet 13, FLUENT, up to 25 Cannabist dispensaries, four Ohio businesses and a California joint venture with Glass House Brands; if all close, Vireo expects roughly 265 to 270 dispensaries in 15 states.

Vireo's 2026 Form S-4 registration statement and its press releases are the best record of which banners and states have closed. Brands and vendors selling into a recently acquired store should confirm the contracting entity and purchasing contact, since several acquisitions are still being integrated.
