1. What this policy covers

The Leaf Register (leafregister.com — “the Register,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy covers what we collect on this site and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

Forms. When you submit a claim, listing, or Brief signup form, we collect what you type: name, work email, company, and your message. We use it to process your request, maintain your listing, and — if you signed up for the Brief — send you the Brief. Form submissions are stored in our customer-relationship system (Zoho CRM).

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate region, device type. We don’t use advertising trackers and we don’t sell or share visitor data for advertising.

3. What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent lists. We don’t email you except about the thing you asked for. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.

4. Directory information

The directory itself lists business information — company names, business websites, business locations — compiled from public sources. If a listing includes something you believe is personal rather than business information, tell us and we’ll review it promptly.

5. Retention and access

We keep form submissions as long as needed to maintain listings and relationships. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it via the contact form.

6. Who operates the Register

The Leaf Register (leafregister.com) is operated by GS Systems, Inc.. Questions about this policy can reach a person through the contact form.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above changes when we do.
