1. What the Register is

The Leaf Register (“the Register,” “we”) is a business directory and industry publication. It lists businesses that serve or operate in the state-licensed cannabis industry in the United States and Canada. The Register is strictly business-to-business: it does not sell, advertise, or facilitate the sale of cannabis or any cannabis product, and it is not directed at consumers.

2. Listings

Directory listings are compiled from public sources — company websites, public license registers, and industry press — and checked against a live website before publication. A listing is not an endorsement, and an “unclaimed” status is not a statement about a business beyond the fact that the business has not claimed it. Logos and company names appear for identification only and remain the property of their owners.

If you own a listed business you may claim your listing, correct it, or request its removal at any time via the claim page. We review every request and act on legitimate ones promptly.

3. Accuracy, and its limits

We work to keep the Register accurate — that’s the point of it — but information can go stale between checks, and we make no warranty that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. The Register is provided “as is,” and your use of it is at your own judgment. Nothing here is legal, financial, or investment advice.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the Register at abusive volume, misrepresent your affiliation when claiming a listing, submit false information, or use the Register to violate any law. We may refuse, edit, or remove any listing or submission at our discretion.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GS Systems, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Register, and its total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars.

6. Who operates the Register

The Register is operated by GS Systems, Inc., a United States company that also makes GreenScreens, a digital-signage product for dispensaries. GreenScreens is listed in this directory, and that connection is disclosed here; its listing receives no placement beyond what the verification policy affords every listing, and it is subject to the same verification standards as any other listing.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
