BioTrack

BioTrack (BioTrackTHC) develops seed-to-sale tracking and business-management software for licensed cannabis operators. Its commercial suite covers cultivation management (genealogy, pesticide and yield tracking), inventory and manufacturing/extraction with compliant labeling and QA testing, a dispensary point of sale with loyalty and email marketing, and reporting and analytics with more than 100 built-in reports. The company positions itself around locally hosted infrastructure and customer data ownership.

Founded in 2010, BioTrack built Washington’s 2013 state traceability system and later won government track-and-trace contracts in states including Florida, New York, Delaware, New Mexico, and Hawaii. It merged with Helix TCS in 2018, became part of Forian, and was sold to Alleaves in 2023. In 2025 its government contracts moved to a new entity, BT Government, under Metrc, while BioTrack continues as an Alleaves-owned commercial ERP/POS vendor.
