Planet 13 Florida (formerly VidaCann)

Planet 13 Florida is the Florida retail brand of Planet 13 Holdings Inc., the Las Vegas-based operator listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange as PLTH. The chain sells flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates and in-house brands to Florida medical cannabis patients through licensed dispensaries, with online ordering and a rewards program. The former vidacann.com domain now forwards to planet13florida.com, which carries the Planet 13 copyright notice and does not mention the VidaCann name.

The Planet 13 Florida site lists 35 locations, 34 of them open and a St. Petersburg store marked as coming soon. It promotes Medizin live concentrates, which arrived in Florida in September 2026, and publishes patient education such as a guide to reading a certificate of analysis. Planet 13 also operates two cultivation and production facilities in Florida, totaling more than 76,000 square feet, which supply the stores with house-grown product.

Planet 13 agreed on July 27, 2026 to be acquired by Vireo Growth Inc.; the merger is pending shareholder and regulatory approval. Brands selling into Florida deal with this chain through Planet 13.
