Simplifya

Simplifya provides regulatory-compliance software for licensed cannabis operators and the businesses that serve them. Its Simplifya Protect suite includes self-audits, standard operating procedures, Smart Cabinet document management, and a license tracker. Companion products are Market Guide (state-by-state regulatory summaries), RegFinder (a searchable cannabis and hemp regulation database), Verified (license verification), and Scann (illicit-market monitoring). Customers include operators, financial institutions, law firms and consultants, insurers, payroll providers, lenders, and government enforcement agencies.

Founded in 2016 and based in the Denver metro area (Lakewood, Colorado), Simplifya is a compliance-only platform rather than an ERP or state track-and-trace system, and does not publish Metrc or BioTrack integrations. It is led by co-founder and CEO Marion Mariathasan. Published partners include BDSA, NCIA, INCBA, and Cannabis Trainers, which offer member discounts on Simplifya products.
