Shield Compliance provides a cloud-based BSA/AML compliance platform purpose-built for financial institutions banking cannabis and other high-risk businesses. Its core products are Shield Assure, which automates daily transaction monitoring, alerts, and regulatory reporting, and Shield Engage, an account-opening/onboarding workflow for new high-risk clients; it also offers Shield Force compliance staffing support. Banks and credit unions use the platform to stand up and run examiner-ready cannabis banking programs without building compliance infrastructure in-house.

Founded by Noah Carey (Executive Chairman) with Anthony Repanich as President & CEO, Shield Compliance is a privately held, Series A-stage company headquartered at 500 Union St, Seattle, Washington. It has previously partnered with point-of-sale provider POSaBIT to extend compliant banking and payments together to cannabis retailers.
