Three products make up the platform. Shield Engage is a centralized application and underwriting tool with ownership visualization, document collection and application review. Shield Force adds staffing support for first-line alert review, customer outreach and periodic reporting, with decisions left to the bank.

Shield Force can be engaged as short-term backfill, long-term staffing or a one-time service, ranging from full-service delivery to partial support for internal teams, and its customer outreach is white-labeled to the institution with a dedicated support channel and pre-approved messaging.
