Planet 13 Holdings Inc. is a vertically integrated cannabis company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange as PLTH and on the OTCQX as PLNH. Its home base is the Las Vegas flagship at 2548 West Desert Inn Road, which the company markets as the world's largest cannabis dispensary and runs as a 24-hour retail and entertainment complex with an on-site consumption lounge license and a distribution license.

Beyond Nevada, Planet 13 holds licenses in Florida and Illinois. In Florida it operates the Planet 13 Florida chain of medical dispensaries, which absorbed the VidaCann network and lists 35 locations, 34 of them open and one more planned in St. Petersburg. In Illinois it runs a dispensary in Waukegan. The company also operates cultivation and production space in Nevada and two cultivation and production facilities in Florida, and sells house brands such as Medizin.

On July 27, 2026 Planet 13 announced a definitive all-stock merger with Vireo Growth Inc., under which each Planet 13 share converts into 0.015383618 of a Vireo subordinate voting share. The deal awaits a shareholder vote, an effective Form S-4 and state cannabis approvals; until it closes, Planet 13 operates and buys as an independent company.
