Petalfast

Petalfast provides full-service cannabis sales representation, self-directed distribution, retail merchandising, and field/trade marketing (budtender training, in-store demos) for brands entering new markets. In August 2026 it completed a merger with Kiva Sales & Service (KSS), combining KSS's digital ordering marketplace (KSS Live), logistics and warehousing, and cash collection/remittance services with Petalfast's sales and brand-building network under one distribution platform.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Irvine, California, Petalfast has raised non-dilutive strategic financing from family offices with beverage-alcohol distribution backgrounds. The combined Petalfast/KSS organization serves California, Arizona, and Massachusetts, with stated plans to expand into New York and New Jersey.
