LeafLink runs a wholesale cannabis marketplace and B2B commerce network where brands and distributors list products and retailers place and manage orders, with tools for payments, advertising, catalog management and business analytics. As of early 2026 it reports supporting over 12,000 companies across 34 U.S. markets with more than $5 billion in annual gross merchandise volume and tens of billions in cumulative sales facilitated over its first decade. In November 2024 LeafLink acquired Chicago/Denver-based rival Leaf Trade, giving it two wholesale marketplace brands serving both smaller operators and enterprise multi-state operators.

Founded in 2016 by Ryan G. Smith and Zach Silverman, LeafLink is headquartered in New York, NY (Financial District office opened 2018) and operates remote-first across the US. It is privately held, having raised roughly $195M in equity across Series A ($10M, 2017), B ($35M, 2019), C ($40M, 2020) and D ($100M, 2023) rounds plus a $250M debt facility, with investors including Founders Fund and Thrive Capital. LeafLink also acquired cannabis banking platform Dama Financial in 2024.
