Green Check Verified, Inc. is a regulatory software and services company founded in 2017 and headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, with a second office in North Haven, Connecticut. Founder and CEO Kevin Hart and co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer Mike Kennedy lead the company, which works between community banking and the legal cannabis industry. It raised a $6 million Series A led by Mendon Venture Partners in 2023 and has grown through the acquisitions of PayQwick and Komplyd.

The platform gives financial institutions a single system for onboarding, ongoing monitoring, reporting and relationship management of cannabis-related accounts. A portfolio management module adds KPIs, dashboards and state-by-state forecasts for a network of more than 170 financial institutions. Green Check Connect is a marketplace that links cannabis businesses with banking, lending, insurance, payments and HR providers, and a unified API serves service providers. In August 2026 the company extended the platform to money services businesses, fintechs, gaming, ATM operators and other cash-intensive businesses.

Banks and credit unions use Green Check as the compliance record for their cannabis programs, with onboarding workflows tailored to each business type and level of cannabis exposure, periodic reviews that catch changes in a customer's risk rating, and pre-built account reviews that flag potentially suspicious activity. Operators and vendors use the marketplace to find and qualify for banking and related services. Green Check does not publish pricing; the site routes buyers to an expert consultation, and it maintains a resource library with a state-by-state and federal cannabis guide.
