Ethos Cannabis

Ethos Cannabis is a Philadelphia-headquartered, vertically integrated cannabis operator whose website lists 13 dispensaries: eight medical dispensaries in Pennsylvania (Allentown, Hazleton, Montgomeryville, Northeast Philadelphia, Pittsburgh North, South and West, and Wilkes-Barre), three in Massachusetts (Dorchester, Fitchburg, Watertown) and two in Ohio (Lebanon, New Lexington), supplied by three cultivation facilities under a “Soil to Shelf” model. The company was built by PharmaCann co-founder Teddy Scott, opened most of its Pennsylvania stores through 2020, expanded into Ohio with cultivation and dispensary acquisitions in 2022, and has been led by CEO Gibran Washington since 2023. It runs an opioid-use research partnership with Thomas Jefferson University.

Its in-house brands are Natural Selections (single-strain, hand-trimmed flower), Eleven (the same genetics at a mid-tier price), Headliners (whole-flower pre-rolls) and Meigs County Grown (its Ohio cultivation brand), sold alongside third-party flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures and topicals. Every location takes online orders for in-store or curbside pickup. The listing was added 2026-09-25 at the request of the Hazleton, PA dispensary (113 Woodbine Street #2, medical only, open since December 2020); the request came from the store’s @ethoscannabis.com inbox, which satisfies the Register’s domain check.
