CannaBusiness ERP

CannaBusiness ERP is an enterprise resource planning system for cannabis cultivators, processors and manufacturers, built on Sage X3 and designed and delivered by NexTec Group. NexTec is a certified Acumatica and Sage X3 implementation partner with about 30 years of experience and more than 600 active ERP customers across North America. The cannabis product site is moving to the NexTec domain.

The system covers finance and operations, quality and compliance, seed-to-sale plant production management and scheduling, distribution and inventory across facilities, and product recall readiness. Cultivation features include strain management and growth plans, with RFID or barcode scanning for plant counts and chain of custody, batch tracking, corrective and preventive action records with audit trails, and multi-entity financial reporting that handles cannabis tax considerations. Solution pages are organized by cultivation and extraction and by edibles and infused products. This is a mid-market ERP implementation rather than a self-serve app. NexTec lists boutique through multi-state operators as targets and cites cannabis customer FIGR going live in 17 weeks. The pages reviewed do not name specific state tracking systems or publish pricing.
