Avant Brands is a Health Canada licensed cannabis producer operating four fully licensed cultivation and processing facilities in Canada, growing and manufacturing indoor-grown flower and other cannabis formats. Its recreational brand portfolio includes BLK MKT, Tenzo, Flowr, Treehugger and Cognōscente, distributed to consumers through provincial and territorial cannabis retailers; its Avant Medical brand (formerly GreenTec) serves the medical cannabis channel nationwide.

Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Avant Brands was formed from the 2022 rebrand of The Flowr Corporation following its acquisition of GreenTec, and later expanded with the acquisition of Flowr Okanagan. The company is publicly traded on the TSX under the ticker AVNT.
