Zoned Properties is a publicly traded real estate development firm headquartered at 8360 E Raintree Drive in Scottsdale, Arizona, quoted on the OTCQB as ZDPY. It describes its focus as emerging and highly regulated industries, with regulated cannabis at the center. Work is split into three lines. Site Identification uses an in-house research team, municipal ordinance tracking and a GIS mapping group to screen properties for zoning, setbacks from sensitive uses and nearby competition, and covers zoning verification, special-use and conditional-use permit support, lease and purchase negotiation, facility and security design assistance and operating procedures. Brokerage handles acquisitions, leasing, local development deals and property sale-leasebacks for operators and property owners. Investment covers its own commercial real estate portfolio, which it describes as anchored in Arizona, and new acquisitions.

Testimonials on the site come from Sonoran Roots and Hana Dispensaries, among others.
