Wana Brands makes vegan, naturally melt-proof THC-infused gummies formulated for specific use cases (sleep, energy, relaxation, pain relief, social use), and has expanded into ready-to-drink cannabis beverages (Wana Beverages) and a hemp-derived direct-to-consumer marketplace called Wanderous. Wana licenses its formulations to state-licensed manufacturing partners in each legal market, the standard brand-licensing model for multi-state edibles companies, rather than manufacturing and selling directly everywhere it's sold.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, Wana (through parent entities Wana Wellness LLC, The CIMA Group LLC, and Mountain High Products LLC) became a wholly owned subsidiary of Canopy USA LLC — an entity tied to Canadian cannabis company Canopy Growth Corporation — when that acquisition closed on October 9, 2024, following several years as a minority-investment/option arrangement. It serves markets across the US and Canada.
