Vicente LLP (renamed from Vicente Sederberg LLP in late 2022) was co-founded by Brian Vicente, Christian Sederberg, and Joshua Kappel, who played leading roles drafting and passing Colorado's Amendment 64 — the ballot measure that legalized adult-use cannabis.
