STM Canna designs and manufactures pre-roll automation equipment in-house in Spokane Valley, Washington, and sells a craft-scale line under the RollCraft name. Its own pages give two start dates, 2016 and 2017, so it has operated since at least 2017. The company says it has supplied more than 1,000 cannabis businesses in 44 states and 13 countries, and that 10 of the top 20 US pre-roll brands use its equipment, citing a 2026 market report from Custom Cones USA. The site does not describe the company's ownership or name its executives.

The line is modular: buyers combine grinding, loading, filling, weighing, closing and infusion stations instead of buying one fixed system, and add stations as volume grows. The Mini-RocketBox Plus fills up to 10,000 pre-rolls a day, the RocketBox 2.0 up to 20,000 and the RocketBox Pro more than 40,000. The Atomic Closer crowns 72 pre-rolls in 28.4 seconds. The Astro Infuser and RocketBox 3.0 handle hash holes, donut joints and other infused formats, and AstroVape automates cartridge loading, filling and capping. STM also sells pre-roll cones wholesale.

STM publishes prices on its homepage: the RollCraft MRB starts at $3,500, the Mini-RocketBox Plus is $6,600, the RocketBox 2.0 is $24,950, the RollCraft ATC bundle is $29,995, the RocketBox Pro is $59,950 and the Atomic Closer is $59,995. Each system is configured to the buyer's cone sizes and volume targets, replacement parts ship from Spokane, and machine documentation is posted on the site. A cost guide on the homepage contrasts its modular approach with all-in-one systems that it says require a $200,000-plus upfront commitment.
