Smokiez

Smokiez says it was founded in 2010 by the Wright family, grew out of Oregon, and remains family owned and operated, with sales across the US and Canada. Its contact page lists a business address in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, under CoPack OR LLC and ACS LLC, and its terms reference Oregon law; the site does not call either location a headquarters. A regions page breaks out which products are sold in each market, and a licenses page names the licensed company that makes Smokiez in each one, from Loudpack in California and Bronner Corp. in Colorado to Highline Brands in New York and MC Labs in Puerto Rico.

The product line is fruit chews in single-flavor and ratio versions: THC-only chews in indica, sativa and hybrid flavors, live resin chews, scored single-piece chews, and 1:1 chews that pair THC with CBD, CBG, CBN or THCV. Package sizes and total milligrams vary by state, and the regions page lists the exact assortment for each market. A separate line of hemp-derived CBD chews ships directly to consumers from the same site.

The licenses page lists 15 states plus Puerto Rico: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah and Washington, with a state license number for every partner except Utah's. That makes it straightforward for a buyer to see which licensee will invoice and ship in a given state. The contact page gives a general sales inbox for wholesale questions, and the site hosts state-specific testing pages, including Arizona batch results. Smokiez does not publish wholesale pricing.
