Semper Secure

Semper Secure provides trained security officers for cannabis operations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, covering dispensaries, cultivation, processing and distribution facilities, with officers selected and supervised for the pace of cannabis retail work. Its cannabis services include procedures aligned with New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission requirements, vault and inventory-room protection, customer-facing retail security, cash handling and armored-transport coordination, access control and restricted-area management, and incident response.

Semper Secure is based at 34 Tanner Street in Haddonfield, New Jersey, and serves all of New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area. The firm is veteran-owned, founded by Marine Corps officer Shane Camardo, and is certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. It lists New Jersey license 1933 and has more than 250 trained security officers, with free on-site security assessments offered to cannabis clients.
