Root Sciences provides end-to-end equipment and support for cannabis and hemp processing facilities, spanning hydrocarbon, ethanol, CO2, and solventless extraction systems, distillation and post-processing technology, and analytical equipment. It works as an integrator/reseller partnering with multiple equipment manufacturers, and pairs equipment sales with facility design and processing consulting services for operators building out extraction rooms.

Founded in 2015 by a group of former cannabis cultivators and entrepreneurs who had grown cannabis in the US and Canada. Privately held and based in the Seattle, WA area; the company has expanded its equipment-partner network and describes a growing international customer presence.
