Pro-Vigil provides remote video monitoring for cannabis dispensaries and grow facilities. Its cannabis offering combines machine-learning video analysis, audio deterrents that deliver voice warnings to intruders, camera health monitoring, 911 dispatch, virtual guard services, cloud video storage and a mobile app. The company also offers fixed and mobile surveillance, license plate recognition and time-lapse video, and serves businesses in cities across the United States.

Pro-Vigil is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and was incorporated in Texas in September 2006. The Riverside Company acquired it in 2015, it opened an expanded Surveillance Operations Center in 2023 and it joined ECAM, the remote video monitoring group, in 2026. It holds UL certification for its operations center, SOC 2 Type II compliance and a Five Diamond monitoring-center designation, and lists Texas and Oklahoma security licenses on its cannabis page.
