M.C. Andrews

M.C. Andrews Co., Inc. is a general contractor, construction manager and design-build firm at 200 Sutton Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, in business since 1997. It works for banks, retailers, healthcare and science tenants, schools and athletic facilities, commercial and industrial owners and homeowners across New England, and keeps a dedicated cannabis industry page. Its services list covers new buildings, renovations and additions, historic restoration, tenant fit-ups, program planning, site feasibility studies, regulatory issues and permitting, budgeting, value engineering and scheduling. A testimonial on the cannabis page credits Andrew Matses with building the firm's Fitchburg cultivation greenhouse.

Its sample of completed cannabis projects includes Apothca dispensaries in Lynn and Arlington, The Western Front in Cambridge and Chelsea, the Mass Patient cultivation facility greenhouse in Fitchburg, JDM Cannabis in Mendon, FDM Cannabis in Oxford, The Harvest Club and The Goods in Somerville, DDM Sales in Blackstone and a property for Remic in Plaistow, New Hampshire. Testimonials on the page come from a mechanical engineer at CSI Engineering on the Fitchburg project, an architect at Lincoln Architects who worked with the firm on grow facilities and dispensaries, and an associate at the cannabis law firm Vicente Sederberg.

Operators request a quote by phone or the contact page and can download a cannabis brochure; the firm does not publish pricing. Its cannabis list is regional and weighted to Massachusetts storefronts, with one greenhouse cultivation project, so it fits an operator building or refitting a dispensary or small grow in New England. The page does not give square footage or budgets for these projects, so buyers should ask for scope details and a reference from a comparable job.
