Kaycha Labs

Kaycha Labs operates a nine-state network of ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited labs providing potency, pesticide, heavy-metal, residual-solvent, microbiology, mycotoxin, terpene, shelf-life-stability and nutrient testing for cannabis and hemp. It built and uses its own PureLIMS software for sample tracking and certificate-of-analysis generation, and was named the first designated laboratory for Florida's hemp program. In March 2025 it was selected by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission for statewide testing services.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Davie, FL, Kaycha is led by co-founders James Horvath (CEO/Chairman) and Chris Martinez (President). It has grown its footprint partly by absorbing regional operators, including integrating HighGrade Labs' Maryland and New Jersey facilities into its network, and now runs labs across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina.
