ICS Consulting is a woman-founded firm established in 2015 by Jenny Germano, a former chief operating officer of a vertically integrated Denver cannabis operation who has taken part in government workgroups and regulation drafting since 2015. The team holds certifications including OSHA 10- and 30-hour, Metrc Seed-to-Sale and ServSafe, and reports more than 17 years of regulated cannabis experience. The firm also hosts the Under the Microscope compliance podcast and publishes state-specific market pages.
