HBK CPAs & Consultants (legal name Hill, Barth & King LLC) operates a Cannabis Solutions practice offering IRC Section 280E impact planning for federal returns, audit/review/compilation services, financial modeling and inventory costing, state and local tax consulting, internal-controls and licensing advisory, valuation services, and buy-side/sell-side M&A support for cultivators, processors, retailers, and vertically integrated operators across multiple states and countries.

HBK was founded in 1949 in Youngstown, Ohio (originally Hill & Hammonds, becoming Hill, Barth & King by the mid-1950s) and celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2024. It remains an independent, partner-owned multidisciplinary firm with 21 offices across the Eastern US (including Hermitage, PA and a Canfield/Youngstown, OH office) plus an office in Delhi, India. The cannabis practice is led by principal Gal Hen alongside regional director Eric Grischow.
