FundCanna is a trade name of FC Capital Holdings, LLC, which lists its office on Stevens Avenue in Solana Beach, California, holds NMLS ID 2188024 and is licensed under the California Financing Law. Founder and CEO Adam Stettner, who previously founded and ran Reliant Funding for 14 years, launched FundCanna in 2021. In an October 2025 release the company said it had funded nearly $250 million to more than 3,400 cannabis businesses since 2022, and it describes itself as the leading source of non-real estate capital to the cannabis industry.

FundCanna offers working capital loans, revolving lines of credit, vendor financing, equipment financing, dispensary loans and inventory financing for cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, dispensaries, delivery services, testing labs, brands and ancillary companies, as well as CBD and hemp businesses. Its ReadyPaid product is a business-to-business pay-later tool: sellers are paid at the point of sale without recourse while buyers take net or extended terms, and a public Trusted Partner Network lists vendors that accept it. State pages cover 27 states plus Washington, D.C.

The site lists its qualification bar: a licensed cannabis, CBD or hemp business with at least three months of operating history and at least $15,000 in monthly revenue. Applicants submit recent bank statements, a license and basic financials; FundCanna says there is no hard credit pull at application, approvals can come within 24 hours and funds can arrive the day after approval. It says no collateral is required for working capital and credit lines. FundCanna does not publish rates or fees.
