CLC Design Studio

CLC Design Studio, formerly Design 710, is a woman-owned interior design firm founded in 2017 by Christina Casile, a certified interior designer with more than 20 years of experience, National Interior Design and LEED credentials, and a design degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Before founding the studio she worked at two Philadelphia architecture firms. The firm lists its location as the Greater Philadelphia area and does not give a street address. It is a member of the National Cannabis Industry Association, and its work focuses on dispensaries, cultivation and production facilities, commercial kitchens and laboratories.

Its portfolio includes Restore Integrative Wellness Center dispensaries in Philadelphia, Elkins Park and Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and a 4,700-square-foot Restore dispensary in Ohio converted from a former college bar. It designed Design 710 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, a 5,000-square-foot dispensary Casile also founded. For Dochouse in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, it planned a grow and processing facility in phases up to 50,000 square feet, a plan approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Health in the state's Phase II licensing round. Services span site selection, test fits, 3D renderings for license applications, brand creation and construction oversight.

Casile handles most of each project herself and brings in outside consultants and engineers as needed, so the studio suits operators that want design continuity from application through opening rather than a large team. Clients reach the studio through its contact form; it does not publish fees. Its named work sits in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Ohio. Operators needing architectural stamps or MEP engineering should plan to pair the studio with a licensed architect and engineer.
