CannDelta was founded by Dr. Sherry Boodram and Dr. Lucas McCann, both former Health Canada regulators (drug/forensic chemistry and compliance-enforcement backgrounds), and has grown into a science-driven regulatory consultancy. Services include cannabis licensing and regulatory compliance, business planning, GMP/GACP certification support, scientific/compliance consulting, operational audits, product commercialization, and staff training, delivered by a team of PhDs, MBAs, security specialists, and engineers. The firm has supported over 300 cannabis business launches across its history.

CannDelta is a Canadian-founded firm headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, and now also maintains offices in New York City and Hackensack, New Jersey, serving clients across Canada, all 50 U.S. states, and international markets including Australia and Germany. Correction note: the firm's own contact page lists no office as an explicit head office; Toronto is used here as HQ given the founders' Canadian regulatory background and the firm's Canadian incorporation (CannDelta Inc.) — the prior New York listing should be treated as one of three co-equal offices, not sole HQ.
