CannabizTeam is a cannabis-focused staffing and executive search firm placing candidates in cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, retail, compliance, and C-suite roles. It offers executive search, direct-hire placement, board and fractional-executive placement, consulting, and outplacement services, with active clients described across roughly 30 states and offices in multiple cannabis markets including San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, and New York.

Founded in 2016 and led by CEO Liesl Bernard, the firm is headquartered in San Diego, California. In April 2024 it sold CannabizTemp, its temporary-staffing division, to competitor Vangst, and now concentrates on retained/direct-hire executive search; the company says it has placed thousands of candidates and maintains a pool of 200,000+ vetted candidates.
