Buffalo Extraction Systems describes itself as a turnkey extraction solutions provider based in Bentonville, Arkansas, and a subsidiary of Cybernetik Technologies, an industrial automation company it says has more than 30 years of experience building material handling and process automation for multinationals including Hershey's, GSK, Novartis, Mondelez and Mars. It does not give its own founding year or name its leaders. Its applications pages cover cannabis alongside coffee and spices, and its cannabis page discusses both CBD and THC extracts and the case for full-spectrum oils.

The core products are a cryogenic ethanol extraction system offered in 5, 20 and 50 kilogram batch sizes, with the 50 kilogram Level 3 unit carrying CE and ATEX certification, and a fully automatic, CE-certified supercritical CO2 extractor in a two-by-10-liter configuration. Upstream, a conveyorized biomass sorting, drying and milling system prepares material for the ethanol process. Buffalo also offers post-processing and formulation work, a lab group called BES Labs for compound discovery and product development, GMP facility and system design, and consulting from concept to commissioning.

Buffalo does not publish pricing.
