Allay Cannabis Compliance Consulting provides certification and compliance consulting for THC cannabis, hemp, CBD, derivative cannabinoids and adjacent markets including kratom, kava, functional mushrooms, dietary supplements, food and pharmaceuticals. Services include gap analysis, floor plan review, label review, SOP development, cGMP certification support, organic certification, OSHA compliance and audit correction, GACP compliance and FDA compliance. The team is made up of former industry regulators and compliance professionals.

Allay is led by founder and CEO Kim Anzarut, a former cannabis and hemp investigator with the City of Denver and a member of the ASTM International cannabis standards committee since 2017. Senior project manager Kelsey Hanley-Kollar comes from Fortune 500 environmental, health and safety work, and cannabis compliance expert Kara Lavaux has 14 years of Colorado health department experience. The firm can work in all 50 states, Canada and Mexico, and its team certifications include HACCP, PCQI, Metrc and OSHA.
