Virginia adult-use license applications expected to open
Under Virginia's adult-use framework, license applications are expected in early 2027 with priority-wave decisions by May 1, 2027 and retail sales targeted for July 1, 2027. Timing depends on final rulemaking — verify with the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority.
